Challenges and Benefits of Being More Thankful
Sure, I’ve been writing on and on about positivity and gratitude. But it doesn’t mean that taking that route is an easy feat. It almost never is.
Sometimes, though, it may feel less difficult when you begin to reap the fruits of your changed attitude. But then again, that only happens when you focus on the good stuff, and not let the negative factors influence you to make a U-turn. Once more, there’s effort involved there.
And to let you know about the difficulties of this and the benefits that make every effort worthwhile, here’s an example of one man’s “project” of focusing on having a grateful attitude.
